About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager within Consumer Collections and Servicing as part of Front Line Risk, this role will be dedicated to Call Monitoring.

This position will be responsible for helping to manage a team performing risk-based process monitoring for a multitude of products (i.e., Credit Card, Retail Services, Personal Lines & Loans, Overdraft Deposit Accounts), as well as high-risk business operational functions (i.e., Bankruptcy; Collections; Servicing & numerous operational support functions). In this role, you will:
  • Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives
  • Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
  • Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Testing experience
  • Quality Assurance experience
  • Nexidia and ACES testing platform experience
  • Consumer Lending, Credit card product, or Consumer Collections and Servicing experience
  • Audit and Risk experience
  • Ability to identify and evaluate exposures, potential risks, and propose solutions
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
  • Ability to implement a solution and communicate, in clear business terms, the benefits of the proposed risk management approach
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
  • Ability to create and improve process through strategic thinking
  • Experience executing in a large, geographically dispersed team
  • Knowledge and experience with products, systems and processes within collections & servicing
  • Experience with test design and/or leading a team with design responsibilities
