JOB PURPOSE:
The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of leading and supervising case aid staff in coordination of case management services and working closely with other department involved in the minor’s care. Provides a combination of direct service for assigned cases and provides supervision for identified Case Aide Leads and case aides in the call center and the virtual call center as their immediate supervisor. The supervisor will oversee a team who is primarily working to help complete the required telephone call function completion of the unaccompanied children who are residing at Endeavors Children’s Center in Pecos, Texas.
