Appointment Center Representative

Job Description/Overview:

• Scheduling customer appointments at customer requests
• Organizing & Maintaining Project Specialists Calendars
• Communicating with customers via phone, live chat and email
• Assisting Customers with warranty service appts and transfer of warranty
• Filing, scanning, faxing, emailing
• Other miscellaneous office tasks as needed
• Participating in team meetings and events

Qualifications/Requirements

• Office experience: 1 year (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Data entry: 1 year (Required)
