We have one full-time Call Center Representative opening at our St. Cloud, MN location.

The Call Center Representative assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions including accepting share deposits and loan payments, disbursing cash or check share withdrawals, and transferring funds from members accounts as directed. They will also provide solutions to enhance the members online banking experience and provide guidance. They will assist and troubleshoot with members all online banking and virtual products. They are responsible for researching and resolving member questions, problems, and concerns while providing proper follow-up and satisfaction. The Call Center Representative will develop relationships via all members channels (ITM, phone, secure chat/email) by developing sales opportunities and actively cross selling credit union products and services.
