Customer Service Specialist - Hiring Immediately!

Our Customer Service team continues to grow. We are looking for high-potential and quality individuals to join Vivint. Our team is obsessed with our proven customer service experience to ensure protection and peace of mind to all customers and homeowners nationwide.

Position Details:

• Paid Training: Mandatory full time training, 8:00am-4:30pm Monday - Friday
• Must be able to commute to our Lindon office
• Must be able to commit to your schedule for 90 days
• Weekends off available
• Starting rate: $15 + Uncapped Commissions
• We want you to grow with us! Potential to make up to $19/hr within your first year.

Essential Function/Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from Vivint Smart Home customers & employees
• Work with our customer billing system to receive account payments, correct errors, and process and update customer payment methods.
• Build and maintain a positive customer relationship in every interaction – manage all customer issues and escalations within the outlined scope.
• Engage with fellow employees to successfully identify problem areas and resolve urgent needs.
• Be an advocate for our customers, creating peace of mind
• Provide personalized solutions
• Accurately document and update records in required systems
• Build customer loyalty through exceptional customer service

What Will Make You Successful

• Computer Savvy (Ex. 35+ WPM, ability to navigate different/new software).

• Basic understanding and ability to process simple math daily
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
