We're hiring Café Staff for Full and Part-Time!
The Paris Creperie in Coolidge Corner, Brookline has been a destination for over a decade, and we're looking for an enthusiastic person to join our friendly work environment. Our busy café sells savory and sweet crepes, smoothies, and specialty coffees and teas. We also have a fast-growing catering business!
The Café Staff position includes:
- Assisting guests at the register.
- Preparing coffee, espresso, teas, and smoothies.
- Eventually learning how to make crepes and assisting on the line.
- Cleaning and maintaining the café.
- Putting away orders and helping prep food on downtimes.
- Providing excellent customer service.

What we're looking for:
- Weekend Availability is a MUST.
- The ability to multitask and handle stress well.
- A sense of humor and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience is not required, but certainly helps.
Compensation:
- Weekly pay starts at $15/Hr + Tips, which averages out to about $17-20/Hr.

All staff is given a stake in the outcome through significant profit-sharing bonuses - the better we do as a company, the more everyone earns. The profit-sharing bonuses are earned by everyone, no matter their job, according to how many hours they work.
