Toll Brothers, America's Luxury Home Builder, seeks a CAD Drafter to prepare and maintain structural drawings for our residential communities. This position will be based at our Toll Integrated Systems facility in Morrisville, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities include drafting of all house kit parts, such as roof trusses, floor trusses, house panels, and other items which are shipped from our manufacturing facilities. All design and drafting are currently completed in a custom CAD system based on Autodesk technology.

Qualifications
This position requires one to two years of AutoCAD experience. An Associate degree or post-secondary technical education is preferred, but someone with Vo-Tech education, in addition to one to two years of experience, will be considered.

We seek candidates with:

  • Knowledge and experience utilizing AutoCAD and drafting techniques
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Ability to work independently as well as perform as a team participant
  • Basic knowledge of the homebuilding industry or wood framing is a plus!
