Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform heavy-civil quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications
• Modeling and performing electronic earthwork quantity takeoffs
• Interpret, analyze, organize and present data from takeoffs
• Prepare graphics for estimating department (tabulated reports, plots, etc.)
• Prepare KMZ files in Google Earth
• CAD drafting support.
• Attend bid review meetings as needed
• Attend client meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in computer aided drafting/design or other proven CAD experience.
• Minimum 3 years of CAD experience in design or construction related field.
• AGTEK experience desired, but not required (employer will train).
• HCSS (Heavy Bid) experience desired, but not required (employer will train).
• Fluency with Microsoft Excel (required)
• Fluency with Adobe and/or Bluebeam.
• This position requires immense organizational skills.
• Proficiency in communicating with co-workers and clients.
• Full time in-person office position
