As our cable operator on the second or third shift you will be responsible for operating cable machines on our production floor.

Criteria for Success:

• Mechanical ability
• Read a micrometer
• Ability to pass color test
• Familiarity with in-process test procedures
• Understanding of manufacturing specifications
• Must be able to work required overtime

What will you be Accountable for?

• Set up cable machine(s) within required specifications and tolerances
• Ability to operate cable machine at required speeds
• Complete required tests on cable
• Perform all departmental tasks
• Must show the ability to perform to minimum acceptable productivity levels

How will you Collaborate?

• This position will also be responsible to perform tasks such as fill in on other cable lines and perform tasks as directed by the supervisor
