$70,000 - $150,000 + commission yearly

• Prospecting, contacting, and following up with clients is crucial to our success. Sales Pipeline management
• Consulting with clients in order to qualify property desires
• Locating properties that meet client needs. Listening skills are imperative
• Consistently networking and marketing to prospect for new customers and your own sphere
• “Always be consulting” by providing clients with your very best service and you're very best advice
• Respond to leads in a professional timely manner
• Educational opportunities are given to provide you with growth as an agent

• Current Georgia or South Carolina Real Estate License required for this position
• Self-motivated
• Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members
