What we need
MAHAR is seeking a Buyer who will review demand, process purchase orders and returns, negotiate with suppliers to maintain accurate pricing and on time deliveries, and handle and resolve concerns.

• You have prior experience using computer software and Microsoft Office Suite. P21 experience preferred.
• You understand how to prioritize and multitask.
• You understand the importance of accuracy
• You have a systematic approach to your work, detail oriented.
• You are willing to cross-train or take on other responsibilities.
• You are looking for a long-term, consistent position

What you’ll do
Account Review and Order Processing – managing inventory, building relationships with suppliers and keeping abreast of market trends.

Pricing Management – Contact vendors to update or validate pricing, blanket purchase orders, strategic ordering practices along with planning and forecasting.

Follow-Up – Reviewing Unacknowledged/Late Purchase Orders, integrity and on time performance with suppliers & any other concerns or issues.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree in applicable field or equivalent experience, intermediate computer knowledge, including use of
purchasing ERP systems, MS Office, etc.; must pass drug test and yield satisfactory results from
background check

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit and type for extended periods of time.
Required to view computer screen for long periods of time.
