Job description
Responsibilities:
- Set tables during and after service.
- Fill water glasses for guests, deliver bread to tables.
- Refill the ice bins, refill the bread warming drawers for newly arrived guests.
- Remove dirty dishes, sanitize the table, clean the seats and if necessary, sweep the surrounding floor.
- Clean all spills immediately and notify other staff members about potential hazards.
- Communicate with management and all other service staff effectively.
Qualifications:
- Our ideal candidate is well organized, can work well within a team, and is used to a fast-paced environment.
- The position is part-time and includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience is not necessary, and training will be provided.
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and equipment.
- Must be professional and positive and have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
- Working with a sense of urgency is required.
- A clean and neat appearance.
- Must be fluent in the English language.
- Must be 16 years old.
- Ability to stand/be on your feet for 5+ hours.
Work Setting:
- The position is part-time.
- Open regularly from Tuesday-Saturday (4:00 pm on).
- Private events may be booked outside our normal business hours.
- Holiday availability is both expected and essential for consideration.
