Continuing and Professional Education

Job Summary


Responsible for entering all course, program and conference information into various registration portals. Processes all registration payments and refunds for Continuing & Professional Education (CPE) and serves as the main point of contact for clients who have questions or are having trouble registering for CPE programs. Tracks outstanding payments and provides reports to the appropriate CPE units.

Responsibilities

  • Enter course, program, and conference information into various registration portals, including but not limited to, Enrole, TouchNet, and the CPE website
  • Process all registration payments and refunds
  • Process transfers, substitutions, and cancellation requests
  • Process requests for CPE transcripts and certificates
  • Enter student completion information into appropriate portal
  • Create and maintain registration and student completion files
  • Print and distribute sign in and attendance/grade roster
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all students and organizations regarding registrations and refund
  • Manage revenues – receive and post payments, make deposits and work with cashier on cash flow
  • Use Business Objects and other programs to track outstanding payments from individuals and organizations; provide appropriate CE units with updated reports
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Business Manager as required to meet the needs of the Division

Required Qualifications


Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience

  • Two (2) or more years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications


Preferred Educational Qualifications

  • Master's Degree

Preferred Experience

  • Five (5) or more years of related work experience

Proposed Salary


$18.41 - $18.97 per hour

This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.

  • Adhere to University policies and procedures to meet Institutional goals and support University's mission for student success
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures

SKILLS

  • Effective communication (verbal and written), organizational and human relations skills
