Job description
NextStep Technology seeks a contractor “Business Management Support” to provide technical program services in the areas of business management, operational function, project analysis and quality assurance and control in support of the G3 Directorate, Readiness and Planning division of the Operations and Training Directorate at The Army National Guard Headquarters in Arlington, VA.
This Executive Assistant duties include but are not limited to project analysis, communications, quality assurance and control, training and resourcing documents.
Additional Duties include
- travel validation and coordination
- extract TMT system generated reports
- provide TMT schedule updates 3 times weekly
- consolidate and submit State visit packets
- update ARNG personnel rosters
- coordinate audio and video teleconference activities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
