DIVISIONS AND JOB FUNCTIONS

Asset Management: Bringing together traditional and alternative investments, we provide clients around the world with a dedicated partnership and focus on long-term performance. As the firm’s primary investment area, we provide investment and advisory services for some of the world’s leading pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, financial advisors and individuals, for which we oversee more than $2 trillion in assets under supervision.   • Investors , spanning traditional and alternative markets offering products and services
  • Advisors , understanding our clients’ priorities and poised to help provide investment advice and strategies that make sense for their portfolios

  • Innovators , using our suite of digital solutions to help our clients address complex challenges and meet their financial goals

FICC & Equities: We make markets in and clear client transactions on major stock, options and futures exchanges worldwide. Through our global sales force, we maintain relationships with our clients, receiving orders and distributing investment research, trading ideas, market information and analysis.

Platform Solutions: We build and embed cloud-based, developer-centric financial products and services in our clients’ ecosystems to help them better serve their own clients and customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree (2019 – June 2023)

• 0-3 years of prior work experience in a relevant field.

• Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines

• Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to adapt quickly to a variety of industries and businesses

• Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgments

• Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and global stakeholders

• Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information

• Integrity, ethical standards and sound judgment

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $70000 - $130000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
