Business Development Representative

Nationwide Skilled Trades, Inc. has an opening for a Business Development Representative for the Baton Rouge, LA location.

The Business Development Representative has the responsibility for assisting in branch operational and financial performance goals through Business Development. Utilizing a Customer Satisfaction sales approach to actively develop and increase new Client opportunities while maintaining current Client relationships.

The ideal candidate for the Business Development Representative will have excellent communication skills, work as a Team player, have a professional presence, have strong organizational skills, and be a proven leader.

Requirement for the Business Development Representative:

• Mininum of 4 years experience in Sales and Marketing
• Staffing experience a plus but not required.
• High School degree or equivalent, college degree not required but a plus.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and drug screen.
