The Strategic Partner Coordinator is a high-energy individual who will find, contact, and qualify prospective partners. The Strategic Partner Coordinator (Business Development Representative) spends their day finding healthcare organizations that are looking for ways to reduce their hiring costs, find qualified candidates, or train and develop their employees to be more effective. You will be able to leverage your talent, hard work, and skills, to successfully achieve your sales targets.

Position Qualifications:
Demonstrated results in the solutions-based selling process
Successful experience in new account development
Excellent communication skills in email, telephone, and text

Self driven, motivated, and results oriented
Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills

What you’ll do:
10% Market Research & Sales Training

Keep pace with market developments, produce market , and quickly develop new supplier and stakeholder relationships

Study and train effective prospecting strategies and methodology

70% Prospecting New Clients

Collaborate effectively with the team and others to drive new business
Lead and direct the development of all chosen markets, strategic accounts, and business development to drive revenue and achieve our goals
Forecast activity accurately in assigned territory

Help enhance existing partnerships to drive more leads and revenue

20% Strategy and Metrics

Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas within specified time frame
Ensure functional business plans and sales strategies, goals, policies and objectives are aligned
Plan and work strategically with your account executive to create effective prospecting plans and drive pipeline development

You’ll be successful in this role if you have

Education and Experience:
2 to 4 year degree preferred but not required
2+ years sales experience

Skills

Qualify marketing leads and set up sales calls for Account Executives
Serve as the initial point of contact with targeted companies
Identify and properly qualify business opportunities and qualified leads
Keep abreast of the industry currents and healthcare training solutions, to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers
Successfully manage and overcome prospect initial objections

Work strategically with the Account Executive counterpart to target, contact, and create engagements with net new companies and individuals
Make 60+ calls a day and 7+ new opportunities per week
Effectively transition prospects to qualified leads
Team collaboration: Experience working with account executives and account managers to drive results

Salesforce: Strong prospecting and sales cycle management skills and reporting preferred
Linkedin: Comprehensive understanding of how to use LinkedIn to effectively prospect new business leads preferred

Persuades: You have the ability to effectively prospect and connect with leads. You use effective sales methodology to persuade leads to engage with an account executive (Strategic Partner Advisor).

Drives Results: You’ll have to love the challenge of attaining your weekly, monthly, and quarterly quotas. You’ll use your drive to meet and exceed your quota and help us develop an effective pipeline. You have demonstrated experience and success as a sales development representative.

Customer Focus: You build relationships quickly on the phone and can align our healthcare training solutions to our potential clients needs.

Action Oriented: You are a go-getter who is highly competitive and can independently achieve outstanding results. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
