Business Development Marketing Technology Manager – Experienced (three positions NY/Boston/LA) Salary $140,000 - $170,000 . Experience to join our dynamic team in New York, Boston, and our Global Services Office in Downtown Los Angeles About the role As a Business Development Marketing Technology Manager – Experience, you will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the quality of work and workflow of the Experience team. You will be overseeing the maintenance of Foundation, the firm's intelligence database, researching, inputting and exporting data and ensuring the quality, and currency of the information. Other key responsibilities include: • Supervising the team of Experience Specialists providing regular training on firm resources, Business Development procedures and best practices and completion of mid-year and year-end evaluations • Organizing, assigning, delegating, and coordinating the work of the Experience team to ensure objectives are met in a timely manner; leveraging, as appropriate, additional support centers to ensure excellence in customer service • Training new team members and providing ongoing support; training will emphasize the firm’s BD objectives • Supervising the research for the firm regarding matters, clients, industries and practice areas • Managing workload and the priorities of the Experience team in close collaboration with Practice Development Managers and Business Development Managers, with respect to audits, technical enhancements and other special projects Requirements • Display the ability to quickly grasp and summarize complex transactions and cases, with strong writing skills and attentiveness to detail • Demonstrate well-developed and professional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the Firm • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills And have: • A Bachelor’s degree • Relevant experience working with legal markets in the US, Europe, and Asia • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services organization
