What will you be doing?

As the Business Development Manager, you will develop, lead, and deliver the Business to Business sales program for BrightPath at Work & Busy Bees Training college in North America. Responsibilities include:

  • Set targets, milestones, and success criteria to implement strategic plans that meet financial objectives.
  • Ownership of the Busy Bees at Work portfolio of corporate care products (including pricing and corporate partner account deal structures) and innovate in areas with the highest potential.
  • Develop Busy Bees Training College business via offering certification programs and vocational qualifications to internal and external pools of customers.
  • Recruit, build, and manage relationships with new corporate clients and accounts to win new business.
  • Develop and manage corporate account programs, providing outstanding customer service across the Business Development team.
  • Stay informed of marketplace competition and forecast likely competitor response.
  • Scope, manage, and deliver Business Development marketing programs to drive awareness and sales.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and deliverables ensuring advertising campaigns are launched, monitored, and fulfilled to meet client expectations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience leading a Business to Business sales team
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Ability to work at at a strategic and sales level with the ability to see the big picture with a hands-on approach
  • Sales, marketing, and business development experience
  • Exceptional Communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build and develop strong collaborative internal and external relationships to maximize business opportunities and resolve issues
  • Ability to build and manage high functioning teams, capable of prioritization and delegation
