Hours/Shift/Days: Monday - Friday 9 pm to 5 pm
Expected length: No end date, plan to flip depending on performance and budget to FTE.
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days a month on-site)

Summary:

  • Under supervision, coordinates aspects of the Onboarding Concierge Service program. Will develop project plans defining deliverables and resources required for successful and seamless execution. Manages tasks to achieve established goals, and escalates issues/concerns to project lead. Provides timely updates to the project leader(s).
  • Sustains project work flows and timelines, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met. Responsible for following up on action items identified by project leaders.
  • Acts on inquiries or problems on behalf of the project leadership, e.g., investigating the problem, gathering the necessary information, reaching out to the appropriate internal and external contacts, etc. and resolving independently when appropriate. Develops hypotheses, analyzes, validates, and presents findings to project leadership.
  • Provides administrative support and coordination for assigned projects. Schedules meetings and prepares agenda, minutes and coordinates and/or develops appropriate meeting materials, and ensures distribution to meeting participants. Attends assigned meetings and prepares and organizes meeting materials, files associated documents when needed.Schedules events (i.e. lunch and learn), prepare event materials, and draft comms for such events.

Email marketing (initials comms to be sent out, follow-up comms to be sent as enhancements are made, etc.).
Testimonials to be requested and collected.
Social media content (Yammer, Teams, DigITs Newsletter, etc.).

  • Create communication to be sent to new hires, hiring teams, Talent and Acquisition Group (TAG), and HR related to the Onboarding Concierge Service program.
  • Writes and/or edits various documents, reports and presentations (i.e., meeting and conference materials, minutes, periodic updates, project summaries, and newsletter articles) for assembly and dissemination to the appropriate parties. Develops content for presentations/slides as assigned by project lead.
  • Works with the Application Analyst, Training Technology Specialist, Trainer(s) and project lead(s) to create and implement improved workflows and enhancements for the Onboarding Bot, dashboard (future state), and overall program.
  • Brings forth ideas for improved automation to increase efficiency and optimize the Onboarding Concierge Service.

Requirements:

  • Detailed orientated and a great teammate
  • Able to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • An Effective communicator
  • Systems testing knowledge or background
  • Able to work independently and capable of multitasking.
  • Proficient in Excel; pivot tables and analyzing reports/data
  • 3-5 years in QA for information systems, technical writing, or equivalent position
  • IT background
  • Superb communication and writing skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
