Depth knowledge of developing analyzing functional, integration use cases for fulfilment journey covering order create, refunds, returns, partial returns, store returns, BOPIS scenarios.
- Knowledge of the concepts of Order Management, Shopping Cart, Catalog, price, and promotions.
- Depth knowledge of fulfilment integrations with downstream and upstream systems
- Should have knowledge of working with multiple teams and guiding QA team in developing functional and automation test cases
