The IMA Group is seeking to hire a highly motivated Business Analyst who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Business Analyst will work closely with senior management within the Payer Services division and be responsible for business project completions, documenting and testing business requirements, driving new product and client implementations as well as providing various other support functions to improve and integrate operational functions while promoting company growth.

Ideal candidate displays strong eagerness to learn and grow within the department, as well as experience managing complex business projects.

This is a full-time, remote position.

Specific duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to

Administration

• Develop and Maintain Project and Task Trackers within Monday.com
• Improve Internal Tracking Efforts; Automate Manual Tasks
• Ensure Documented Requests and Tasks are Updated
• Compile Handoff Requests and Release Notes
• Monitor Daily Job Queue; Analyze and Report on Performance Metrics
• Support Development and Deployment of Azure Data Factory Workflows
• Learn Azure Framework – Leverage New Features and Applications for Process Improvement
• Assist in the Design and Development of Enterprise Wide Reporting Suites

Documentation and Requirements Gathering

• Create and Maintain Project Documentation
• Develop Visio Exhibits
• Build and Maintain Central Repository
• Author Business Requirements Documentation; Gather Requirements from End Users and Stakeholders
• Research Data Warehousing Product Markets, Prepare Reports on Findings and Recommendations
• Prepare and Organize PowerPoint Decks

Reporting and Analysis

• Perform Ad Hoc Analyses and Validations with High Accuracy
• Produce Excel Exports for Stakeholders
• Communicate and Explain Results to Stakeholders
• Support the Development and Testing of Reports

Requirements

EDUCATION

• Required - Pursuing or Achieved Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Analytics, or Business

EXPERIENCE

Required - 2-5 years of Relevant Experience

Preferred – Experience in Workers Compensation, Disability, Liability and No-Fault markets.

Technical Qualifications

• Strong Excel Skillset: Working with Datasets, Formulas, Pivot Tables
• Experience with Microsoft Suite - Excel, Word, Power Point, and Visio
• Basic Understanding of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence
• Experience or Knowledge of Tableau
• High Interest in Growing Technical Skillset
• SQL Experience is a Plus
