As a Business Analyst Consultant, you will help rewrite the future of the health care system. You'll analyze data and deliver bold, business-savvy ideas to impact the lives of millions. Along with ground-breaking challenge, you'll have the support and resources of a Fortune 5 company.

Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational / strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models.

If you are located in Minnetonka, MN or Downer's Grove, IL, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. This would be a hybrid role in either location

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze, review, forecast and trend complex data, reviewing the analysis and interpretation of others' work
• Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
• Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
• Reviews the work of others
• Develops innovative approaches
• Sought out as expert
• Serves as a leader/ mentor

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent direct work experience
• 3+ years of overall Business Analysis experience in business/finance/marketing
• 2+ years of project management - tracking, monitoring, and providing benchmarks, and reporting on progress
• 1+ years of vendor management experience
• Solid experience developing presentations using PowerPoint
• Solid experience working with Excel
• Experience in analysis of business processes and workflows
• Other tasks as assigned by management
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree
• Medicare related experience and/or M&R experience
• Marketing experience
• STARs related experience
