Job Description:
We need Business Analyst with the following eCommerce domain skills. experience in business analysis, product management across verticals like eCommerce. Analytical, Independent problem-solver, Business Process Improvement, Change Management, Project Management, Product Management, Operational Reporting, Business Analysis, Solution Design, Functional Architecture, Requirement Gathering, Digital Business Analysis, UX Design, Digital Transformation, KPI definition & Metrics, strong presentation skills, strong cross-functional skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities
understand end to end functionalities of eCommerce platform and support technical groups in meeting the business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to identify and prioritize new features and improvements Develop and maintain documentation of business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Participate in the development of test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of eCommerce initiatives Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives and external partners.
