Role Summary:As a senior Business Analyst, work closely with business users at all levels to understand functional and non-functional requirements and document them using various tools like Confluence , JIRA etc.,
Work closely with development teams in analyzing, designing, building and testing financial business applications
Maintain active communication channels with all stakeholders on deliverables and periodically report statuses
Track all outstanding bugs, enhancement requests and production issues and manage them from initiation to completion
Ability to perform QA testing and troubleshoot production issues
Ability to prioritize and allocate resources effectively
Willingness to be provide end-user application support
Ability to work on multiple projects and work with multiple teams
Good knowledge of JIRA and Agile development methodology
Have excellent communication skills & strong analytical skills
Have financial domain experience as the role requires interaction with users to gather requirements for various front, middle and back office applications
SQL knowledge and data mining skills a big plus
