Job description
Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.
Possession of a current Arizona class B CDL license for 26000 lb and above.
Experience/completion of a technical or trade school program OR three (3) to five (5) years mechanical work experience .
Certification as an ASE Air Conditioning Certification.
Must provide personal basic tool set for use on the job (specific list of tools required will be provided with offer to hire).
Preferred Qualifications:
Possession of an ASE Master Mechanic Certification within 12 months of employment.
Additional certifications may also be required as specified by the District.
Higly preferred proficiency in Cummins Insite, Cat ET and navistar NED.
Additional Requirements After Hire:
FBI Fingerprint check (at employee’s expense).
Proof of immunization from Measles or MMR.
Drug Screen.
Must not have accrued 8 points against Driver’s License in past 2 years.
The pay for this position is $25.00/hour.
