This Building Maintenance Technician position earns a competitive wage of $19.98/hour based on experience and credentials. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

As a Building Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry; electrical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing, etc.). You also perform general cleaning. With over 40 locations in our agency, there is a lot to maintain. You will get to know a lot of our sites first hand and will learn what is needed to improve the facility.

You should have basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills (including painting & drywall installation and repairs) to apply for this position, but you will learn many new skills on the job.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of general building maintenance or construction experience

Typical work schedule 7:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. No weekend or evening hours required. Located in Salt Lake City.
