BUILDING AND GROUNDS CUSTODIAL III

Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority is looking for a skilled individual to perform semi-skilled maintenance as well as: painting, cleaning and janitorial duties throughout Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority buildings and grounds.

Our ideal candidate will have four years of custodial and/or landscaping maintenance, painting experience, facility maintenance, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

This is a full-time position. A Valid NH Driver's License is required.
