We are a Family owned Brewpub who strive to make lasting memories with our Patrons and our community.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have the experience and ability to work under busy conditions, have the desire and creativity to occasionally contribute to new menu ideas, and who will help us get to the next level.

An ideal candidate is someone with a great work ethic and who has some service industry experience. We are willing to train the right person. Candidate must be open to contribute their time and energy into the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces).
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Answer, report, follow SOPs with Head Cooks direction and critiques as needed.
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food.
• Wash dishes as needed.
• Stock inventory appropriately.
• Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

Handle stress well

Able to stand for a long period of time

Love and knowledge of craft beer is a plus

ServSafe certified is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
