Branch Manager – Fargo (#30608)

As our branch manager, you will support our financial services department by executing the sales and service strategies for the branch. Oversee branch operations, member services associates, and financial services staff. You’ll be our go-to for servicing and administering consumer accounts and loan requests, helping members reach their goals no matter how big or small.

Here's what you can expect:

• Assisting members with all consumer loan products, new accounts, IRAs, and all other financial transactions as needed.
• Cross-selling credit union products and services; referring members to other credit union departments
• Support the member services supervisor in organizing the branch’s member services associate operations and provide daily supervision to member services associates, financial services representatives.
• Formulate business development initiatives, business plans, and programs to manage the overall branch financials and goals to achieve a highly profitable and efficient overall branch operation.

Here’s what we expect:

• 40 hours a week, typically 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, occasional weekend support
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent in related work experience with progressively responsible duties
• Knowledge of lending principles and procedures, loan services, and collections preferred
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Passion for service and supporting the mission and vision of Capital Credit Union

Preferred Experience:

• Education equivalent to a four-year college degree is preferred
• Three years of related financial services or sales experience

Job Qualifications:

• Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week within the hours of the position
• Available to work in the Saturday rotation
