Branch Administrator
Location: Hawthorne, CA
Landsystems is a Monarch Landscape Company serving Southern California. We are the fastest growing commercial landscape company on the West Coast and are currently seeking a Branch Administrator to support our Hawthorne, CA operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is able to keep a positive attitude under pressure and can professionally manage demands from multiple stakeholders. Experience with general office duties, including AP/AR, contracts, and HR is a plus.
Summary: Responsible for the accurate and timely execution of administrative functions, in support of the Office Manager.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Daily timecard entry for designated Branch
  • Assign system generated PO’s upon request
  • Receipt PO’s in ERP in an accurate and timely manner
  • Reconcile vendor invoices against open POs
  • HR responsibilities, such as assisting with employee onboarding and updates
  • Assist managers with data entry, utilization, and report generation in ERP
  • Assist Business Development with contract proposals, RFP’s and customizing appropriate sales & marketing materials
  • Complete client invoicing accurately and timely
  • Service Contract setup in ERP
  • Responsible for all incoming calls, and distribution of messages in a timely and accurate manner
  • Welcomes and directs visitors, vendors and applicants
  • Schedules venues and catering for district and/or company events
Secondary Responsibilities:
  • Provide general clerical duties, including typing, scanning, and filing
  • Monitors the inventory of, and requests for, all office supplies and completes online ordering
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Strong internal and external customer service
  • Ability to demonstrate a positive working attitude and contribute to a culture of excellence
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proven track record of very high attention to detail and organization
  • Proven ability to work within time constraints while balancing multiple priorities
  • Flexibility
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ADP and/or IFS preferred
  • Spanish speaking candidate is a plus
