Job description
Spotlight Events Center will be opening in Spring of 2023 offering intimate top-quality musical and theatre performances complete with dinner. We are currently seeking someone to assist in the box office for our upcoming season of shows.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Handle all full price and discounts for walk-in ticket sales and inquiries on phone
- Answer calls and inquires in a positive, enthusiastic and informative manner ensuring a positive costumer experience
- Keep up with all current show schedule and be able to tell customers
- Keep a clean and organized box office
- Dress appropriately for communicating in person with guests
- Assist with seating when necessary
This Position requires Excellent customer service skills - A confident, personable and enthusiastic spirit - Attention to detail, excelling in organization and prioritizing competing tasks - Competent in computer - A high level of interest in/knowledge of the performing arts - Position also requires the flexibility to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts as required
