We are looking for an experienced, bright, energetic bookkeeper to join our team! The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual who pays close attention to organization and has experience with Quickbooks. This position requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and we're looking for someone who is motivated to work independently and is interested in contributing to the company's financial growth.
Responsibilities:
- Create, organize, and maintain accounting systems.
- Perform basic general ledger functions.
- Create and enter account information into the accounting system.
- Perform ongoing maintenance of the accounting system.
- Create financial statements and perform account reconciliations.
- Prepare bank deposits and other forms of payment to vendors or employees
- Manage office supplies.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
