PermaSafe Protective Coatings, LLC. has an immediate opening for a highly experienced, full-time Bookkeeper.

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, bookkeeping professional who is comfortable in a fast-paced working environment. Duties encompass all basic bookkeeping responsibilities, including: payment acceptance, daily business reconciliation, billing, collections, payables and receivables, payroll, financial statement preparation assistance, as well as office administration duties and interaction with customers and vendors. Candidates must possess ability to work on their own and take initiative to manage and resolve daily challenges.

WHO WE ARE: Located in Coconut Creek, Florida, PermaSafe is a producer of unique Disinfectant Cleaners and Antimicrobial Surface Protectants.

WHAT WE SELL: While we manufacture consumer products for general, all-purpose cleaning, sanitizing and disinfection purposes, our focus is on Professionally Installed, Purpose & Site-Specific, Disinfection and Long-Term Antimicrobial Protection “Treatment Kits” for various markets, including the Automotive industry and the HVAC Sales and Service trade.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation of daily business in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and validity of all relevant information.
  • Processing of credit cards and other payments, updating corresponding records and reconciling accounts.
  • Submitting data to payroll company each week, calculating and processing monthly State Sales Tax.
  • Accounting and management of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Collections.
  • All banking and reconciliation duties.
  • Sorting and managing of business correspondence in a timely manner, including 401K materials.
  • Timely management of all business and staff work licenses.
  • Keeping up to date employee files and business contracts.
  • Assisting our CPA with Financial Statements, reporting and journal entries.
  • Monitoring and managing levels of shop and office supplies.
  • Resolving office-related concerns and responding to staff requests and various needs.
  • Assisting with incoming call management, when necessary.
  • Filing of various paperwork and keeping office organized.

Position Requirements:

· Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office, Excel (5 yr. min.).

· Thorough understanding of office management procedures.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Must be a team player with impeccable honesty and integrity.

· Must maintain a high level of personal appearance and conduct.

· Ability to jump in and figure things out.

· Website / Social Media knowledge is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
