We are growing and are looking for Body Shop Collision Technicians to join our successful Team!
- $90 - $150K / Annually (DOE)

Responsibilities?
- Perform work outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
- Complete all work according to Lithia, manufacturer, and insurance safety requirements
- Verify that all parts required on a collision repair are accounted for and accurate
- Monitor the progress of vehicle repairs to determine the schedule for final assembly
- Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of the repair
- Complete documentation and record keeping on repair orders
- Perform proper tool and equipment usage and maintenance
- Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner
- Maintain up-to-date proficiency by attending training on the latest repair techniques and materials
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning everyday
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an automotive collision repair technician
- Working knowledge of body shop equipment and tools
- Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
- Strong attention to detail
- Time Management
- A genuine focus on customer service
- Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license
