BIOLOGICAL SAFETY OFFICER (FT; 37.5hrs/wk) - Temple Health/Fox Chase Cancer Center

Masters Degree : Biological Sciences in microbiology, bacteriology, virology, or related (Required)
Doctorate Degree : Biological Sciences in microbiology, bacteriology, virology, or related (Preferred)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
3 Years experience in the field of biological safety in a biomedical research facility or microbiology research (Required)
3 Years experience in safety overseeing a BSL-3 or ABSL-3 facility with a Bachelors Degree in lieu of education (Preferred)
3 Years experience working in a BSL-3 or ABSL-3 laboratory facility with 1 year of safety program experience with a Bachelors Degree in lieu of education (Preferred)
License/Certifications
CBSP - Cert Biological Safety Prof (Preferred)
RBP - Reg Biosafety Professional (Preferred)
