What you will be doing: As a full-time employee you will be on a great team working cohesively to obtain payments from insurance companies for patient medical claims. You will be performing collection services by contacting insurance companies to obtain claim status. You will perform follow up in the event the insurance company needs additional information, or if the claim is being denied. You will assist our Billing Specialists on completing tasks for each assigned account.
Training:
We train our team frequently to ensure they are up to date on policies, procedures, and software, making them successful in the ever-changing world of billing.
Requirements:
1. Must be able to sit or stand at a desk and work on a computer and telephone for the duration of the regularly scheduled shift.
2. Must be able to effectively and efficiently perform written and oral communications with co-workers, clients and patients.
3. Must be able to proficiently utilize the following computer programs:
