Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a top national law firm with a large office in Orange County that is seeking a Legal Biller to join the firm on a temp to hire basis. This role is onsite, the office is located in the Newport Beach area.
Ideal candidates will have 6+ months legal billing experience

Software knowledge:

Job Responsibilities include:
- Generation of monthly proformas and distribution
- Process time entry changes
- Daily cash posting including check copying and coding
- Research unallocated cash and process application and or refunds
- Enter personal charges into billing system
- Review daily new matter memos
- Weekly filing
Software knowledge:
- Microsoft Excel
- Enterprise level legal document management software (eg Elite or Aderant or the like)
