Billing Specialist – Data Entry
Job Description
Minimum Job Requirements: · Highschool diploma or equivalent; at least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.· Maintain strictest confidentiality; adhere to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations. · Handle confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment. · Ability to be proactive and take initiative. · Exhibit a high level of quality through attention to detail and monitoring of work. · Possession of strong organizational skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication. · Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.· Ability to work remotely and independently.

Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for entering billing submissions and necessary claim adjustments.
- Identify and correct errors, and quickly bring them to the attention of relevant parties, where necessary.
- 100% REMOTE – Atlanta, GA candidates preferred.
- Initially work part-time 20-25 hours per week, flexible days, and hours of work, but must be available to work Thursday and Friday. The position will likely transition to a full time position, so must be willing and able to eventually work 40 hours per week.
