Primary Responsibilities

• Creating invoices and issuing them to clients by all necessary means
• Research and resolve unapplied cash accounts
• Updating client files if required
• Collections follow-up as required with clients
• Process cash receipts

• 
  3 years billing or accounting experience; professional service firm (e.g., accounting, legal, business services firms) timekeeping and billing software systems experience preferred
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy required
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to effectively take initiative, multi-task competing priorities and remain focused/organized in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
• Strong customer service focus
• Collections experience preferred
