Bills of Materials Analyst - On-site Only

• Salary Range: 52,000 - 62,000

• Hours: 1st Shift : Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
• Keys: Microsoft Dynamic 365 (big need), Generating BOMs, ERP system

Summary: Bill of Materials Analyst position responsible for creating and maintaining accurate Part Master, Bill of Materials, and related data in the ERP system, interpreting engineering drawings, and supporting project implementations.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining Part Master and Bill of Materials in an ERP system.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and the ability to interpret requirements for product options.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with designers and ensure accurate design documentation.
• Analytical skills to investigate implementation issues and update bill of material data.
• Experience in analyzing engineering cost data and processing reports for material control.
• Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in day-to-day activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Part Master, Bill of Materials, and related data in the ERP system for accurate product representation.
• Support new model year projects by publishing the New Parts List, setting up model data, and configuring valid options.
• Process change requests and updates for current models.
• Interpret engineering drawings to determine requirements for product options.
• Communicate with designers to ensure accurate interpretations and design documentation.
• Investigate implementation issues and provide feedback to update the bill of material data.
• Analyze engineering cost data and maintain costed BOM extracts for comparison.
• Process monthly reports for material control review and track part and cost changes.
