Payment Processing Coordinator:

The Payment Processing Coordinator is a full-time position, responsible for transaction completion for orders that have already been placed. HCS delivers concierge level service for our patients and assists them through the HCS process to ensure we provide them with a high-quality experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting payments over the phone
• Assisting patients with financing questions and applications
• Providing patient education, including but not limited to, explaining payment options, benefit information and the HCS process following payment
• Maintaining patient records with detailed, accurate notes
• Ensuring high-quality of care for the patient, while following HIPPA guidelines
• Making outbound calls to patients and providers

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess a genuine interest in working with and helping people
• Experience in healthcare is a plus
