Care Finders Total Care, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Administrative Associate to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part of ensuring our office operations run smoothly. You will report to the local Branch Manager.

You will:

• Provide all callers, staff, and visitors with a pleasant introduction to CareFinders Total Care.
• Support other Branch departments as directed by management.
• Assist with answering phones and handle all calls from potential applicants
• Assist with Branch projects as assigned which may include, but are not limited to, printing of documents, faxing, and follow-up with external contracts, filing, etc.
• Input all new hires into the required Database.
• File documentation and all related paperwork.
• Monitor and track ongoing employee compliance requirements
• Screen resumes, interview candidates
• Assign and schedule field staff to provide care and services for patients under the direction of the manager
• Provide patients or families with accurate schedules; follow-up regarding: coverage, call-offs and cancellation of staff and keeps the clinical department informed as necessary
• Enter client data and visits into the scheduling system as required
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all aspects of patients and/or employee information in compliance with HIPAA rules. Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, company policies/procedures and accreditation standards.
• On-call rotation as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of home healthcare experience
• 1 + Years of scheduling experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish Required
