We are looking for a Bilingual recruiter to attract and recruit candidates. The recruiter will provide recruiting and customer service to a local customer base. This person will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, supervising, evaluating, and employee relations for the temporary employee base in a professional manner.

Job Duties:

Complete Application Process & Check for Accuracy
Conduct and Schedule Interviews Effectively & Legally
Actively Source for Quality Applicants & Recruit Effectively
Customer Site Tours
Attend Customer Meetings and Implement Policies, Procedures, and Training.
Attend Sales Calls As Needed
Thoroughly Screen Employees for Available Positions
Background Checks & Drug Screenings
Supervise & Evaluate Placed Employees
Follow Operating Requirements

Qualifications:
High School Graduate
Minimum of Two (2) Years Staffing or Office Management Experience Preferred.
Microsoft Office Proficiency

*Must be Fluent in English and Spanish
