Bilingual Legal Assistant (Personal Injury)
Job Description

The Pendas Law Firm, P.A. is currently seeking a full time Bilingual Legal Assistant. This position will provide administrative support for their designated case files.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Clerical assistance to paralegal/case manager and attorney
• Organize and maintain case files
• Obtain records related to case as needed
• Communication with clients, medical providers and adjusters
• Answer phone calls

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:

• Bi-lingual English and Spanish (required)
• 1+ years personal injury experience (preferred)
• Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Must be well organized and self-motivated
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities
• Must be able to work in a fast paced team environment

Work hours: 8:30am -5:00pm

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
