RDGJZ Responsibilities:
The Richdale Group a national real estate development and management company is searching for a professional organized and enthusiastic administrative assistant to work in its fast-paced Recruiting department.
RDGJZ
The Recruiting Assistant position will be responsible for
- Provide overall recruitment administration support for the recruitment function
- Scheduling on/off-site meetings and managing the recruiters' calendar
- Partner with the recruiters to understand priorities
- Open requisitions once fully approved; edit and post as required
- Facilitate assessments, and background checks with finalist candidates
- Make sure the onboarding process documents and emails are established and followed
- Provide direction to new hires on the 1st-day new employee orientation & paperwork
- Support with ad-hoc reporting as directed
- In addition, the position will be responsible for general clerical responsibilities including scanning photocopying, and filing

Qualified candidates will have
- 1+ years of recruiting and administrative experience in a fast-paced, professional, corporate environment
- Bi-linguals are highly preferred
- Great phone and communication skills
- Sharp professional appearance
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while handling multiple projects
- Demonstrate great attention to detail
- Proven experience with time management and follow-through skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, and outlook is needed in this position
