This role offers a unique opportunity to help our guide our “Launchpad” team as we build out a platform for our customers and partners. You will develop a deep subject matter expertise, help develop KPI’s, and then build tools and dashboards to track the progression against these goals. This role will be part financial analysis, part exploratory data analysis, part dashboarding, and part strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Economics, CS, data science/engineering or equivalent analytical degree
• 3-8 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong Python skills
• Experience with SPARK strongly preferred.
• Visualization tools experience including UI design (Plotly, Tableau, PowerBI, Grafana)
• Understanding of statistical analysis and relational database structures (SQL, Influxdb a plus)
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with financial analysis and/or strategy
• Experience working with Salesforce tools
• Ability to be self-sufficient and execute quickly when given autonomy
• Experience with IoT data streams and business context a plus
• Flexible team player who will thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the Platform leadership team to conduct financial analysis and develop KPI’s.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to understand customer and partner behavior.
• Leverage insights to help develop strategy.
• Create and monitory dashboards and reporting to track and drive performance on the KPI’s you helped define.
