Valley Spring Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a dynamic and talented Licensed Outpatient Program Therapist to join our team!

Licensed Outpatient Program Therapist - Days 8:00am – 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)

The Licensed Outpatient Program Therapist performs social services and psychotherapy functions to include assisting patients in meeting their biopsychosocial needs while providing assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy treatment of individuals, couples, families, and groups to assist patient’s in achieving their optimal level of emotional health, including providing basic consultation, psycho-education, complete specialized clinical psychotherapy services for patients/families receiving care, crisis intervention, short-term family therapy, and pro

Responsibility Offer training to clinical team

• Rotate in leading staff meetings
• Offer clinical supervision (if approved by the board)
• Assist with developing groups/workshops for clients.
• Therapy Responsibility:
• Assessing clients or potential clients regarding their need for services.
• Maintaining accurate documentation regarding clinical work with clients, including but not limited to progress notes, treatment plans, psycho-social assessments, mental status exams, confidentiality, rosters and tracking forms.
• Effectively implement individual and group services using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Displaying positive communication interaction with clients and peers.
• Submitting all required paperwork in a timely manner and within the required time-frames.
• Requirements:
• Demonstrating the ability to comply with HIPPAA requirements and other mandates.
• Expressing an awareness of therapeutic modalities that can be utilized to support individuals, couples/family, children and adolescents
• Provide some clinical oversight
• Able to maintain a caseload
• Self-motivated/driven
• Building a rapport with clients
• Self-motivation and drive to thrive in a private practice setting.
• Partner with marketing for clients, psychology today, social media platforms.

Qualifications

Education:

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, mental health, or related degree preferred.

Experience:

A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting or managed care company with experience in patient assessment, treatment planning, utilization management, and/or case management

Licensure: Required

• Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Licensed (LPC,LCSW,LMFT, LMSW).
• Must provide proof of Arizona Fingerprint Clearance.

Additional Requirements:

Valid CPR card upon hire.

Successful completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior (SAMA) including restraint and seclusion policies, within 30 days of employment, and prior to assisting in restraining procedures.

Pay: $80,361.04 - $95,820.01 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
