Berean Baptist Church (Marion, OH) – Pastor

The Big Picture

Berean Baptist Church (bereanmarion.org) is seeking a revitalization pastor to preach the Word of God, shepherd the church and reach the community for the glory of God.

The Church

Our fellowship attendance runs between 30-40 and are a group of believers who are committed to the Lord Jesus and His Word. We worship in a facility that is debt free and well cared for. This revitalization has included the steps of a study of contributors to the present state, discipleship of the leadership team and the men of the church, review and revision of the previous confession of faith and constitution, and gathering a transition fund to allow a man to care for his family as he helps the church strengthen its purpose and passion.

The Candidate

We are looking for a man who meets the qualifications of I Timothy 3, Titus 1, and 1 Peter 5. Our preference would be for a man with a solid grasp of the Scriptures, a theological education, pastoral experience, and a commitment to heeding the call of God to shepherding His flock through their ongoing revitalization.

The Compensation

$85,000 Total Package
