Bellman Responsibilities:
The Bellman will assist guests with their luggage and will have a courteous and professional attitude with Hotel Swexan guests.
- Responsible for delivering and maintaining luxury hotel standards level of service.
- Greets all arriving and departing guests with a welcoming and friendly demeanor.
- Aware of the flow of driveway and guest traffic at the main entrance to ensure accessibility at all times.
- Assists guests by escorting luggage from arrival at the hotel to the lobby for check in, to their assigned room after check-in, and from guest’s room to vehicle for check out.
We’re Excited About You If You Have:
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required
